2008 Group Rates YOUTH GROUPS Youth Groups consisting of at least 15 youths, ages 12-17 are admitted at 50% off regular ticket prices. In addition, one adult per 15 youths is also admitted at the Youth Group rate. a $50 deposit is required at least 2 weeks in advance of your selected performance date, with the balance due when the tickets are picked up. We require that you call 3 days prior to your selected date to verify the number of tickets need. If no verification call is received, your Group is responsible for payment of all tickets reserved. ALL OTHER GROUPS Groups of 20 or more are admitted at 10% off regular ticket prices. Driver and escort receive comp tickets. A $100 deposit is required at least 2 weeks in advance of your selected performance date, with the balance due when tickets are picked up. We require that you call 3 days prior to your selected date to verify the number of tickets need. If no verification call is received, your Group is responsible for payment of all tickets reserved. CANCELLATION POLICY Our cancellation policy is two weeks. Deposits are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within the two weeks prior to your selected date. PICKUP: Your reserved tickets will be held for you at the Passion Play Box Office. Your Group Leader must call the Box Office (605-642-2646 or 800-457-0160) 3 days prior to the performance day to verify the actual number of tickets needed. Be sure of your count, as this will be the number of tickets you will be expected to pay for - no adjustments will be made on pickup. You will be charged only for the tickets verified at that time. If not verification is received, you will be responsible for all tickets originally reserved. You may pick them up after 4:00 PM on the performance day and pay the balance due at that time. Payment must be by check or cash - no credit card payments will be accepted. RAIN OUTS: No decision is ever made on performance cancellation due to weather prior to performance time. Weather in the Black Hills is fast moving and varies from location to location. If any adverse weather is expected during the evening, an announcement will be made at the beginning of the performance. There are no refunds other than for an OFFICIALLY CANCELLED RAIN OUT. Should a performance be OFFICIALLY CANCELLED, Group Leaders should collect all ticket stubs (which serve as rain checks) and return or mail them to the Box Office. Refunds will be made by mail only to the sponsoring organization. Since our performances are outdoors, we suggest that you dress warmly with outerwear appropriate to the weather. CAMPGROUND: The Black Hills Passion Play maintains a small campground for Youth Groups, which can be rented for a minimal charge ($2 per person per night). This includes covered eating area, gas, electricity and restroom facilities with hot and cold water, including showers. These facilities are available for Groups of up to 50.
